We've been busy, enjoying an outburst of support since articles about Passager and Passager Books appeared in The Baltimore Sun, the AARP Bulletin, The Baltimore Times newspaper, Baltimore's City Paper and The Washington Post Book World.

We love hearing from people around the country, and even around the world, and are invigorated by their stories on how Passager's mission is important to them. Thanks to all who have written us, subscribed, and sent donations to help Passager continue with its mission to fight ageist attitudes that narrow thinking and stunt growth. Passager is 18 years old and growing every day!

Line - Bookfest

In September 2007, HoCoPoLitSo (The Howard County Poetry & Literature Society) sponsored two wonderful readings by Jean L. Connor, 88-year-old author of A Cartography of Peace (Passager Books, 2005).

Passager's annual attendance at the Baltimore Book Festival included the first ever B-More Silver Poets Open Mic. Thanks to this sandwich board, we had a great turnout. Thanks to all that stopped by.

Line - Cafe Muse

Passager contributor Cappy Love Hanson and her husband took Passager to the CLMP-sponsored Tuscon Book Fair the weekend of February 3, 2007. As Cappy said, "We had a wonderful time, and I think we did some good for Passager. The weather had been cold and windy for days, and suddenly we got an absolutely glorious day at the beginning of a warming trend."
